🔄 Return & Refund Policy

At SM Store Pakistan, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with a simple and transparent return process.

📅 Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or broken upon delivery.

  • You receive the wrong product.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition.

  • Returned with its original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable).

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or incorrect:

  • Personal care and beauty products that have been opened or used.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

  • Items returned after the 7-day return period.

💰 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds may be issued through bank transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or another mutually agreed payment method, depending on the original payment method.

🔄 Exchange Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will gladly arrange a replacement, subject to product availability.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), SM Store Pakistan will bear the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is requested for any other eligible reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
